The estate Rose' derives from the renowned grape variety of Merlot which is perfectly adopted at the Mediterranean microclimate of Lakkoma-Chalkidiki.
It is a light color rose' with pinkish shades, characteristic nose and crunchy taste. It is very elegant with finesse and fruity character with aftertaste balanced with its acidity.
Perfect as an aperitive and good matcher with dishes like shrimp ceviche, prosciutto and Parmesan cheese, salads with pomengranate, light grilled white meat.
Best served chilled between 6-8 oC in a medium tulip shaped wine glass.

SYRAH MAVROTRAGANO // Dry red wine

This wine derives from the blending of the renowned variety of Syrah and the Mavrotragano, unique indigenous Greek variety with origine from the islands of the Aegean Sea. It offers a distinctive wine with aromas of small red fruits, medium bodied and gentle tannins that reflect the "marriage" of the two varieties.

AMPELOURGOS ASSYRTIKO // Dry white wine

The Assyrtiko variety originated from the islands of the Aegean Sea has been adopted well in the terroir of Halkidiki.. The wine has been vinified about the half in inox stainless steel tanks and half in French oak barrels of 225 Lit. After the alcoholic fermentation it remains with the primary yeast lees for a few months with stirring, a process that offers a full-bodied character and complexity. It is very distinctive with lemony aromas and an intense taste always supported by an oaky backround. It will reward after a few time of cellaring.
